COURT HOUSE – Three 4-H youth members took part in the 2014 4-H Regional Leadership Conference in Gloucester County March 15. The conference was designed to give middle-school age 4-H youth the opportunity to develop their leadership skills through hands-on activities and to interact with other 4-H members from throughout New Jersey.
