Juniors
Nora Conover – Nora is a member of the Needle & Thread Club and the Wranglers Club. She just completed the 7th grade and has been a 4-H member for seven years. “My goal as a junior 4-Her is to help the community one hour of service at a time, and to show people that it only takes one person to make the world a little bit brighter.”
Cadence Golley – Cadence is a member of the Pitchforks & Buckets Club. She just completed the 8th grade and has been a member of 4-H for seven years. “I feel that a great skill that I have shown my club this year is leadership: being the vice president and being a good example to my fellow club members and the rest of the 4-H community. I also work very hard to stay organized with all of our club paperwork, notes at meetings, dates and times, and personal project animal logs and feed listings.”
Seniors
Coryn Dykhouse – Coryn is a member of the Star Hollow Riders Club and the Teen Ambassadors Club. She just completed the 11th grade and has been in 4-H for 11 years. “4-H has been a part of my life for as long as I remember. Being a part of this organization has helped me build friendships, responsibility and leadership skills. The friends I have made in 4-H are friends that I will have for a lifetime. My leaders have been role models, and the clubs that I belong to have helped me become who I am today. I know that I will be successful in my future endeavors due to my time in 4-H. I will always strive to make the best better!”
Trinity Hamann – Trinity is a member of the Pitchforks & Buckets Club. She will be entering the 10th grade and has been a 4-H member for 10 years. “I had joined 4-H back in 2007 because my dad had introduced it to me. My dad had been in it as a kid, so I figured I’d give it a try. The longer I was involved the more I fell in love with it. It seemed as if 4-H was made for me. I had originally thought it was all for fun, with no work. Wellll, I was wrong. Really wrong. But doing that work and pushing myself to do it only made me this much more responsible. 4-H has taught me some great things to use in life, like communication with others, public speaking, learning hands-on things and billions of other things. 4-H really has benefitted my life!”
