2 County Residents Sworn As Court-appointed Special Advocates

COURT HOUSE – Two Cape May County residents were sworn in as court-appointed special advocates (CASA) on Feb. 15 in the Cape May County Courthouse by Superior Court Judge M. Susan Sheppard. 
Catherine Doto, of Ocean View, and Suzanne Smigo, of Cape May, join over 200 CASA volunteers in Atlantic and Cape May counties who serve as court advocates for children living in foster care.
