Our vacation cottage had been

By

Our vacation cottage had been on the market for three years. Without any action, we decided to place a classified ad in the Herald. We had heard other people tell of the response they had gotten in similar situations, so we decided to try it. We had 14 inquiries; one was a Herald subscriber from upstate Pennsylvania, and the other was a woman in Florida who saw the ad on the Herald website. One of them is now the proud owner of that cottage. We were amazed that such a small ad produced such a great result. We would certainly recommend using the Herald’s classified ad section to sell a house.David & Janet I. Herald Classified Ads Work!609-886-8600 Ext 33 or 34www.CapeMayCountyHerald.com
