The auxiliary serves the Cooper University Health Care system and the Cape May County community. Its mission is to support Cooper University Hospital Cape Regional in delivering extraordinary health care, and it consists of volunteers who work on fundraising, events and programs that benefit patients and their families.

The newly installed officers are:

  • President: Daniel Borawski
  • 1st Vice President: AnnMarie Papa, RN
  • 2nd Vice President: Emily Basca
  • Treasurer: Daniel Borawski
  • Secretary: Allison Kruse

“As we enter our 75th year of service, we are honored to continue the auxiliary’s legacy of service and are excited to work together to make a difference in our community,” Borawski said.

The auxiliary’s achievements in 2024 included reaching the $1,050,000 mark toward its $1.5 million pledge for the Claire C. Brodesser Surgery Center capital campaign.  The organization looks forward to building on this success in 2025.
