ERMA – Beginning on December 4th and continuing to December 8th, paving restoration work will begin along Breakwater Road (CR 613) from Fishing Creek Road (CR 639) to Seashore Road (CR 613). Portions of the travel lanes will be milled and paved as the final required restoration work associated with the Lower Township MUA sewer project.
Due to the nature of the work, eastbound Breakwater Road traffic will be detoured while westbound traffic is maintained during paving operations. Traffic wishing to head east on Breakwater Road between Fishing Creek Road and Seashore Road will be detoured along Fishing Creek Road to Tabernacle Road (CR 647) to Seashore Road. This detour will be in place during active paving hours, 7:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Residents will always have access to their homes. The road will be opened up to two-way traffic after hours. Motorists are urged to use caution thru the construction zone as portions of the road will be absent of permanent striping.
Upon completion of the paving along Breakwater Road, paving restoration will begin along Seashore Road from north of Breakwater Road to Tabernacle Road. A separate traffic advisory will be posted for that project.
