BELLAS, GERALD J

BELLAS, GERALD J. Gerald J. Bellas passed away at home at the age of 83. Devoted husband of Kathleen, loving father to Cindy (George) and Susan (Charles). Proud grand- father to Jessica, Sabrina and Giorgio. He was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA and he moved to North Wildwood in the late 70's where he owned and operated the Starlite Motel until his retirement. A proud patriot and US Air Force veteran. He will be fondly remembered for his love of animals, swimming, betting the ponies, making crabs and Cadillac's. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 AM on Friday February 23, 2024 at St.John Neumann Parish/ St. Raymond Church, Bay- shore Road and Ocean Avenue, Villas, NJ where relatives and friends may call from 10 to 11 AM. Burial will follow at the Cape May Co. Veteran Cemetery, 127 Crest Haven Rd., Cape May Court House, NJ. Donations can be made to the Animal Outreach, 600 Park Blvd., Unit #3. West Cape May, NJ 08204.
