AVALON – A Malibu-style home under construction in the high dunes area of Avalon could become the highest-priced home ever to sell in the borough.

According to a release from the law firm of Nehmad Davis & Goldstein, attorney Keith Davis acquired approval for the construction project from the Avalon Planning and Zoning Board.

The plan calls for a 7,200-square-foot home on an oversized lot. If the six-bedroom, 7.5-bathroom home sells for the $24,990,000 asking price, it will be the highest-priced home ever to sell in Avalon.

The project is expected to be completed in spring 2024.
