To the Editor:
I always find your articles about our state and local issues fair and unbiased. Reading this opinion piece on “Our Self Inflicted Energy Crisis” I really appreciated your background on what led up to the crisis we are in now. I most appreciate how the paper carefully calls balls and strikes and never waivers on the strike zone.
We have had single-minded leadership in Trenton, which was bound and determined to go green no matter what the cost to install and what the delivered cost was going to be for the constituents. They took electricity generation offline before a competing solution could be brought online.
Thank you for the straightforward reporting that I believe the general population is starving for. Never stop making the calls. Hopefully the next administration can make the right call.
