Obituary

MOORE, BARBARA E. Barbara E. Moore, 82, of North Wildwood passed away Sunday, November 5th, 2023. She was predeceased by her parents Robert (Bud) & Doris Moore and her brother-in-law, Edward Gilmore. She is survived by her sister Marianne Gilmore, her Aunt and Uncle, Shirley & Jim Byrne, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Barbara grew up in North Wildwood where she attended Wildwood High and was a graduate of Glassboro State College. She was an elementary teacher for 36 years at various schools in NJ. Her love of horses came at an early age and she became an accomplished equestrian, who competed in various locations all along the East Coast. She was an avid animal lover, especially; corgis, cats, foxes and flamingos. Barbie lived her life to the absolute fullest and her family is grateful to know that she is finally at peace. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
