The folks that let their big black dog roam free out of your sight and poop around the State Park entrance - you should be ashamed of yourselves. You’re risking your dog’s life on that busy road, and scaring folks walking their dogs on leash. Not to mention leaving dog poop in the Seagrove parking lot and on trails. Do better.
