Regarding the Herald’s 10/1 article on state test scores for county school districts: Some districts were below the state “standard.” Some met the state “standard.” However, it’s significant that no Cape May County school district met the state “goal” which is 80% or above, if I understand correctly. … Also, excellent Opinion piece in the 10/1 edition on balancing environmental concerns with the practical needs of residents of barrier island communities.
