It is past the time to be both honest and critical of Congressman Jeff Van Drew. The man has failed South Jersey. His MAGA base will not like these facts, but the truth is that they are the facts. Van Drew failed to protect the economic engine of South Jersey , the beaches. He sided with MAGA ,instead of South Jersey , into agreeing to accept NO FUNDING for beach replenishment. This is a disastrous decision. Already, after one storm, many of the South Jersey shore communities have lost large sections of their beach. Van Drew must be held accountable for not supporting the Shore.
