The State needs to investigate and monitor the Cape May County government : from the destruction of the county park, the airport plans which is really suspicious, the Middle Thorofare bridge cost, misuse of open space funds, etc. I don't trust any of them. They are super secret about their plans and keep everything hidden until the last possible moment. They don't want public input or criticism.
